How can I find veteran applicants for open jobs?

The company that I work for wants to hire more veterans, and I've been asked to find more veterans to apply for open positions. The problem is, I'm not in Human Resources, so I can't post on relevant job sites, and they need at least a bachelors degree (maters preferred), which significantly limits the talent pool. Any ideas how I can find qualified applicants?
