I really suggest you reach out to your branch manager.<br /><br />As an Ordnance NCO, you have a great point of contact at HRC (Mr. Jeff Herbert, a retired 1SG and he remains a true professional), he will be able to give you an idea of whether there are some special assignments available to you as well as where there are requisitions open/opening and can help you get to where you want to go.<br /><br />If you&#39;ve already deployed, I&#39;d recommend looking into an assignment with the generating force.
