The best time to have dealth with false accusations would have been while you were still in, still had access to JAG legal counsel, and still serving with those who had first-hand knowledge. Did you get a Bad Conduct Discharge? General? After a period of time, some General Discharges can be upgraded.
Our prisons are full of innocent people so getting people to take you seriously now will be difficult. But, as the other posts have said, reach out to your Congressman (Representative or Senator)
