How can I get a copy of my parachutist badge orders from the school house?

From the 1-507th FAQ:

"I am a graduate of Airborne/Jumpmaster/Pathfinder Schools, but have lost my diploma, where can I get another?
To obtain duplicate diplomas before the year 2000 please contact Academic Records at [login to see] once email has been received Academic Records will contact you with what information is needed. For duplicate diplomas or orders after the year 2000, contact Airborne Student accountability at [login to see] "

Ive been trying every number I can find and not getting anyone to pick up the phone. Hopefully its just because of the holiday block leave. Its December 30th 2021 and I would like to wish all of my fellow Veterans a safe, happy and fruitful 2022. Geronimo!
