How can I get around having to pay back my initial enlistment bonus if I reenlist early to reclassify?

Trying to reclass, but finance wants me to pay nearly $14 per day of my initial enlistment bonus back for every day I reenlist before my initial ETS date. Anybody know a way I can get around this?

The only time I can think for you to repay a bonus is if you get kicked out for what ever reason and and got your whole bonus up front. You would be prorated for the time you have left on your contract and pay that back to the military.

What the f??? No. First off thats not a thing the Army does. The only time you re-pay a bonus is if you get booted from the Army or somehow got it up front and re-classed mid contract.
As far as re-enlisting in your window, your new contract wont come into effect till your old one ends.

5–11. Recoupment from Soldiers who voluntarily reclassify
Except as provided in paragraph 5–9b(7), a Soldier who voluntarily reclassifies and fails to complete the obligated service
will refund an amount equal to the unfulfilled portion of the agreement.
a. Soldiers who are bonus recipients may voluntarily reclassify provided—
(1) They volunteer in writing, and agree to the recoupment of the unearned portion of the bonus.
(2) The MOS requested is a more critical skill than the PMOS currently held as determined by HRC.
b. The effective date of recoupment will be based on the date of reclassification.
c. Approval authority of all reclassification involving bonus recipients is the Commander, HRC (Retention and Reclassification
Branch).

If you had a reserve of leave that can get you out but they are really priks about forgiving it
