SGT Private RallyPoint Member 6991630 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Can someone help me with what S1 told me about updating my Correspondence hours? Anyone out there have any S1 experience able to help me out? Went to my S1 yesterday to try getting my correspondence hours fixed, took my transcript from Atrrs with me and was told he needed the codes from JKO otherwise it would take hours to search for the courses. A little backstory I was active duty almost 6yrs then went reserves for about 4yrs and got back into active duty in 2018 no breaks in service between active and reserves. When coming back to active duty hours(over400) were erased among several other things on ERB that have since been fixed. Since getting back into active duty I have gained a couple hundred more hours but was trying to see if my prior hours could be put back on as well as try figuring out why only half of the hours I have done over last month were being credited to my ERB. I did try looking through JKO but can not locate course codes for any of the courses that were completed through Skillport. I am Trying to figure out if I am missing something or was given incorrect information. Any advice would be appreciated. How can I get my correspondence hours fixed on my ERB? 2021-05-21T07:56:01-04:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 6991630 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Can someone help me with what S1 told me about updating my Correspondence hours? I can’t remember the details but correspondence did a complete overhaul and what I heard was only complete course at the time were kept and partial classes were erased. So, I don’t think you will be able to get them back. I don&#39;t have my SOCOM email anymore otherwise I&#39;d send it right over.<br />If you only did a sub course the hours don&#39;t count, it has to be the full course to get credit now. Corresponce courses are fed by a different database than Emilpo. Submit a trouble ticket to the website of the courses you are missing Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made May 22 at 2021 5:58 AM 2021-05-22T05:58:32-04:00 2021-05-22T05:58:32-04:00 2021-05-21T07:56:01-04:00
