How can I get my last unit to send me my PCS award that they never gave/sent me?

Last unit won't return my emails or messages in regards to my PCS award that I never received before leaving. I've contacted my previous PSG and 1SG, both of which seem to be ignoring me completely. It's been 7 months since it was submitted, and the last I heard from them, it was repeatedly sent back for revisions, more than 4 times. What can I do, if anything, to tactfully nudge them in the direction of helping me out?

You're one of many who's been failed by the current (shitty) awards system.
You don't have any reliable POCs back at that unit? If not, maybe try and get someone in your current COC to contact them.
If those two things don't work, drive on. You'll get more awards, and more disappointment.

Not trying to be a smart ass but are you sure that they plan to give you one? Could be that someone in your old chain of command decided that you didn't deserve an award.

I don't see why they would deny it, other than just sheer laziness or being petty. (I wouldn't put it past them though)
