In fact, there's no need for eye pro in airborne school.
I don't know what CST is. I got my inserts when they gave me my prescription glasses. When I was in ROTC, CST was called LDAC. Same thing though, summer camp.

In any case, I think I only had the pro mask inserts filled once with the Rx. My civilian optometrist did it for me. They never got inserted into the mask however. I discovered that the pro mask Rx inserts were always on packing lists, but never used. Much like the pro mask itself in many instances. The protective lenses on the promask are so large, most civilian glasses should be able to be worn underneath. Try that out first, before tracking down an optometrist to fill the inserts. Maybe a MEDDAC problem under Class VIII, VIIIa and VIIIb Response by SFC Ralph E Kelley made Apr 7 at 2019 6:02 PM 2019-04-07T18:02:21-04:00 2019-04-07T18:02:21-04:00 MAJ Javier Rivera 4523381

Ok,

Pro-Mask inserts are Army a Class VIII if I remember correctly, therefore big Army pays for them and not the unit. During jump school any good sport eye frame will do it if you don’t want to use your Army issued frames; same thing for your other training!
