How can I get the RMR Oncology Department to send authorization paperwork to my Oncologist?

Does anyone know how to help me get the Rocky Mountain Region's Oncology department in Aurora to send in the authorization paperwork to my Radiation Oncologist, Dr. Daniel Chin, in Thornton so that I may begin my Radiation Therapy asap? I had my breast cancer surgery on 29 July 2020. My breast surgeon put in the paperwork to the VA right after my surgery. The oncology department at RMR approved & authorized my using Community Care with Rocky Mountain Cancer Center for treatment on 18 Aug 2020, but they still have not sent the authorization paperwork to Dr. Chin's office for me to begin treatment. My breast surgeon said I should begin Radiation Therapy within one month of surgery. All necessary paperwork needs to be in Dr. Chin's office in order for me to begin Radiation Therapy. Cancer Treatment is time sensitive.

Call the patient advocate and ask that it be faxed over. If that doesn't work, contact the IG
