Would I have to find a ROTC school and get accepted first and then ask to delete the assignment to Korea? Would anyone have POC for green to gold in Korea? Currently having issues finding a POC to recieve help. Thank you so much in advance! Here is the thing (short version): 1) as you mention you need to get a hold with a ROTC program and discusse your interest on the green to gold program; 2) if given a thumbs up then you need to apply for college and get accepted in the program; 3) be endorsed by your chain of command; 4) process your application thru Cadet Command; 5) and wait for your orders.

By the time it all happens you might be over halfway of your Korea tour. I just pcsed to ft. Eustis in January and got accepted this year and I am pcsing back to Colorado 6 months later. Go ahead and just move forward with your packet it will all work itself out, do not let anyone try to tell you otherwise.
