While I can work on getting courses completed and other requirements, getting the 80 Army PA shadowing hours is difficult as a non-medical MOS. What are my options or any recommendations? Is my best option to reclass into medical MOS like 68W or is it possible for me to shadow an Army PA while I am still 11B? Thank you. It will take some initiative but most decent PAs are happy to share their knowledge and experience. When you return from your deployment and are ready to shadow, update us and collectively we can find someone. While away, I would suggest you read and increase your fund of knowledge. Find some 68Ws and they can help as well. Stay safe and study hard. PA's love to help people in their units, and you can also contact your local hospital to see what you have to do to shadow one of their providers. Best of luck to you. Keep charging forward.
