How can I help those who come home and are struggling?

I am a civilian who hunts and fishes and deal with my own demons and want to help those that come home to deal with there ptsd or anything they need even if its having a friend

In what capacity are you trying to help? I would say not to be judgmental and be there to listen if he or she wants to open up.
