How can I identify old ribbons and insignias?

Can someone help me to identify some of these ribbons and insignias from my late dad. He was a left waist gunner on a B-24 in Italy. I know what the first ribbon and lapel pin represents, good conduct, but the multi-colored ribbon with the three bronze stars is unknown. The ribbon in the lower left is also unknown. The pin with the latin inscription is also unknown. Thanks for any help!

The one with three bronze service stars: The European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal.
The blue one with a star looks like the WW2 civilian military service ribbon.

The crest with the latin motto is the USAAF Technical Training Command insignia.

I see the USAAF Collar Brass. Good Conduct Medal, ETO Medal with three Campaign Stars, Army Field Forces lapel pin.
