This was the only issue I saw besides having an ASI Award that was in my OPMF but not MBF. I uploaded all my 638s into my OPMF, as my S1 tried to upload the certs and never go through. Any suggestions? The MOVSM is only a written award and there is no certificate for the Award. The board members only review the certificates because they have to get a quick synapsis of what you did to achieve the awards. You will still need to wear it of course in your DA Photo because they will review your ERB to ensure it matches. That way the documents will be given priority for uploading. Otherwise, you could be looking at 2+ weeks for a document to get into your OMPF. They do not pull 638s. The HRC person I talked to about it said that as long as you wear it in your DA photo and its on your ORB (or your ERB in your case) then that is enough for the board as they know you need to have proof in order for it to be updates on your ORB/ERB. If you free that it needs to be addressed you can do a letter to the board. The ASIs would need to be added by HRC or if your unit has the ability to add it to your record brief.
