How can I market myself better as a soldier to get stationed as a 11C at 173rd Airborne?

I understand that branch has many factors to consider when assigning soldiers duty stations, but there must be a way to go to some of the more coveted duty stations.

If you want to go far in your carrer you must first build a good support NCO system in wich courtesy and traditions are highly respected and then do some research where you want to go keeping in mind your next profesional goal. Sincerly SSG Alameda Ret.
