<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Step Number One, shot down your Mac.<br />Step Number Two, get by a computer that runs on windows.<br />Step Number Three, use your windows computer.<br /><br />I have know many that have had this issue. Apple is not friendly with military systems. Most either bring home a work computer or they can&#39;t check it at home.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I use Mac and once I set it up by following on the online step by step guide (proper CAC reader, downloaded files, keys, etc) never really had an issue with it. Every once in a while you had to clean out the files in the key and reload them.
