Brush up on land nav, do rucks for time, and weight. But don’t kill yourself. RASP will do that for you. Start with a ruck on say Monday for time so week one 2 miles @45lbs dry for under 30 mins. Then another ruck on Thursday for weight 2 miles @60lbs plus. Then build up 2 miles each week.
