Going to another recruiter is not going to change your disqualification or incomplete physical exam. All these questions should be answered by the recruiter handling your application and processing. No one on this forum has access to your processing record and can explain to you your current status. I suggest that you contact that recruiter for information on your current status, and what recourse you may have to overturn the disqualification or incomplete physical exam. As long as your xray shows you don't have TB it should be a routine waiver since we access people from different countries all the time. I was a heavy smoker at the time. I quit smoking, 2 months later did another lung function test with a civilian doctor and came back clear. Submitted all of the paperwork to my recruiter who submitted it to MEPS, couple weeks later, they granted me a waiver. So in short, her a clean bill of health from a civilian doctor and submit the results to your recruiter. Going through MEPS every potential recruit is x-rayed. Everyone of them has a full battery of blood tests and examinations that tell a Doctor with no doubts what you have and do not have. If you HAD TB, it would show up. You do not need to do anything. It has already been done. According to what you wrote, you said the recruiter told you the blood test came up with something...did he tell you what something is? No matter which MEPS you go too, the processing is the same and your information and any rest you’ve done thus far will be in each system, it’s connected to your social security number. Find out from your recruiter what type of waiver you’re going to need and go from there. Just have them test it at the medical exam station. The doctor there should be able to waive it or not for you. Medical exam is when your recruiter takes you and some other Joes and Janes to get your physical exam done before you raise your right hand. It's been almost 30 years for me know so, it may be different. Nonetheless, the Army's contracted doctor or commissioned doctor will have the final say in it.
