How can I raise my promotion points? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-can-i-raise-my-promotion-points <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am currently sitting at 420, and as 42A, points do not drop below 500... Aside from ALC which I have to wait for my redeployment to complete, are there any other ways I can get my points up? I have maxed my APFT, BMQ, and correspondence courses, and am enrolled in college courses. I just can&#39;t seem to find anything else. It is a quick way to earn your degree, and get more college points for promoton without going though a semester class. Take military distance learning and get enrolled in college. Max you APFT and Weapons scores. As a 42A, you gotta really want it and get those experiences that will, not only get you promoted, but help you become a well rounded leader able to train/assist your Soldiers to do the same.  CW3 Private RallyPoint Member Wed, 19 Mar 2014 23:02:58 -0400 2014-03-19T23:02:58-04:00 Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 23 at 2014 7:09 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-can-i-raise-my-promotion-points?n=184336&urlhash=184336 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>CompTIA A+ counts for civilian education points for 42A.
