How can I set up a virtual promotion board while hiding board members' comments to prevent bias?

Hello, I am building a "Virtual Promotion Board" on my unit's SharePoint page so that boards can still be held during this "work from home" time. The issue that I am running into is that I need a way to hide board member comments from the other board members so that they can look at the Soldier's promotion packet without the possibility of being swayed by the info that the other board members have already entered. Need it so that the members that do not have a vote can see all comments, but voting members can only see their own comments.

EDIT: I appreciate all the comments and input. I have found a way to do this. While I do agree that the other board members should be able to see the comments from others and that is how I had the board set up originally, but directive came down from higher to change it, despite me bringing up the point that it should be a discussion between the board members.

Talk to your S6 about the CVR. It would do a video chat and you can still have mutiple chat rooms witu different people. It is secured but accessable from home computers and has a mobile app.

Ask you IT person to set up board member folders on a server, and then have the permissions (security) set do only the person can access the folder. Of course admin IT people can go anywhere they like.
