If you are hard pressed for bullets they probably don't deserve as high an award. But it is rare that you cannot at least find two good things the Soldier did that was above the expectations of that rank.Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 6 at 2016 2:26 PM2016-03-06T14:26:54-05:002016-03-06T14:26:54-05:00MAJ Ken Landgren1359586<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Write about how exceptional they are as soldiers.Response by MAJ Ken Landgren made Mar 6 at 2016 8:30 PM2016-03-06T20:30:42-05:002016-03-06T20:30:42-05:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member1359818<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It's an AAM not an NCOER. Also, is it an impact or a PCS award. These are some things to consider.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 6 at 2016 10:03 PM2016-03-06T22:03:00-05:002016-03-06T22:03:00-05:00SFC Michael Hasbun5598434<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Achievements have nothing to do with additional duties.Response by SFC Michael Hasbun made Feb 25 at 2020 11:20 AM2020-02-25T11:20:02-05:002020-02-25T11:20:02-05:002016-03-06T11:14:57-05:00
