How can National Guard best get Active Duty experience?

I am looking for some good resources for a National Guard soldier to get some full time experience in. I have many missions and schools under my belt for the Air Defense world, and a deployment for the AVN side. I have a lot of knowledge in the ADAM/BAE side of things and would like to do this more than once a month or two weeks a year. Does anyone know of contacts to get on a mission, moving for Active Guard work or even going Active to a good unit? Keep in mind that my DIV does not have any full time slots for Air Missile Defense. Thank you!
