Hi,
I have tried to google this question, but there are mixed answers. Therefore, I would like to post it here.
I have a bachelor's degree, and I am a full-time federal employee. I never think that I will join the military until I heard about the Guard which I can work full time and serve part-time.
When I asked my recruiter about the commission, she said I would be commissioned only there were open opportunities. It means I cannot become an officer with my degree.
When I google this question, someone said it is possible to join the ANG as an officer with a degree. One of them is attending OCS/OTS, and the other is AFOQT.

Unless your speciality is law or medicine, you will have to attend OTS/OCS. The ADOQT is the test that qualifies you to attend officers' training

Is there an option to go in directly as an officer candidate like the army has for OCS and 09S? Or do you have to enlist and then hope for a slot after?
