You can attempt to obtain a compassionate action if there's an installation close to your HOR. AR 614-200, Chapter 5, Section III goes into detail on it. You can find that at : http://armypubs.army.mil/ProductMaps/PubForm/AR.aspx

If getting out is what you really want then there's the potential for requesting a "hardship" discharge under AR 635-200, Chapter 6, paragraph 6-3.

Go see the Chaplain if you want a hardship discharge and have them call your brigade commander who is the signatory on a hardship discharge.

You really should get your command involved. They can maybe get you a passionate reassignment. Do you have a plan for when you get out. Do you have a job lined up just in case you do get out. There are a lit if things you need to consider. How long have you been in.

It would depend on the reasons why you want to get out and the desired characterization of service. You can request a hardship discharge, get pregnant, fail the APFT, become fat, or commit some kind of misconduct. You really need the explain why the someone need to get out before we can answer the question correctly.

Tell the commander you want out first. If that doesn't work fail the pt test twice.
