If you want folks to be more involved in their Physical Fitness, schedule PT.<br /><br />I know with Reservists, you are dealing with very limited time, however, that doesn't mean that a "few" minutes can't be taken throughout the training schedule to knock out 20 push-ups, and 50 sit-ups throughout the day (multiple times).
