How can you access your statement of retirement points? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-can-you-access-your-statement-of-retirement-points <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I recently made the jump from the army reserves to active duty and my new S1 is trying to calculate my new BASD with my reserve time. I’ve been able to access it in the past, but now when I access hrc and try to download my statement of retirement points I get an error message that the pdf can’t be downloaded. I have tried from my home network as well as the army network and got the same message both times. Is there another way to access this document? If you can get your S1 to let you log on his system as a guest you should be able to get it through there.
