How can you access your statement of retirement points?

I recently made the jump from the army reserves to active duty and my new S1 is trying to calculate my new BASD with my reserve time. I’ve been able to access it in the past, but now when I access hrc and try to download my statement of retirement points I get an error message that the pdf can’t be downloaded. I have tried from my home network as well as the army network and got the same message both times. Is there another way to access this document?

Well, you use to be able to get to it through HRC on your own personal computer, but that got nixed, and now you need to get to it through HRC via an ARNET computer. If you can get your S1 to let you log on his system as a guest you should be able to get it through there.

SGT Private RallyPoint Member What are you using to access it? Internet Explorer works the best. I just tested it and pulled up just fine. You might try clearing the cache and history that might make a difference as well.

WOW I just got through to HRC.

I was able to get to my points, but like you am having trouble with getting my statement.
HOWEVER, I can get my point detail, and cut and paste the data into Excel. It just wont be the nice clean PDF report.

just now I was able to click right on "CHR Statement of Retirement Points" and save as PDF.

Switching to Microsoft edge somehow fixed my problem. Thank you everyone for the help!

Go to HRC Web site, log in with your CAC, You can get your retirement statement through there

I just printed mine from my cell phone. Log into hrcapp.mil, use your CAC card then hit retirement page then print. I just did it
