Besides using showing good leadership traits. I think there is a great model to follow and they are the OPORD Format and TLP Format. One should know the organizations within the corporation and POCs for input, coordination, and execution.

I would generally say anything in logistics is a plus. Supervision of soldiers or civilians. Had many a captain work for me as a GS 12. Was temp promoted 5 times
