How can you reenlist into the Army with a General discharge with honorable mentions and a RE-4?

Almost Nil to None- RE4are ineligible even with waiver, except in very few cases.

The question is, why did you get the RE-4 code. There must be a lot more to the story than we know. All I can say is good luck, you are going to need it.

General with Honorable Mentions is not a type of Discharge.

Your discharge is irrelevant, RE4 means ineligible for continued service.
