I taught BLC for 2 years and thats how I got SGL. ALC and SLC are a little different, usually require orders. Depending on where you want to instruct, i would contact your branch manager. At our NCOA, we instituted an application process in which you go to the school's website, download the packet and email it in directly. From there the Deputy Commandant would review your credentials (NCOERs, ERB, etc.), and set up a phone interview if you met the professional requirements. Different NCOAs have different processes, but if you are truly interested, I recommend you reach out to the NCOA directly.
