I have a LOR from my CO, BC, and CCWO for my Senior WO LOR. For my 3 optional LORs, I have a CW4, a CPT that was my BOLC instructor, and a recently retired O8. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>What are they saying about you and is it quantifiable and measurable? What 2nd LT knows a retired general officer in a professional circumstance? Not saying you do not but in my opinion it is what and how they say things about you that is more important than the rank.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Ma&#39;am, look at all the LORs objectively, and with a singular focus: quality over quantity—qualitative over quantitative will always offer more than a &quot;rank&quot; heavy, minimalistic LOR. With that, adding the MG&#39;s LOR can&#39;t hurt though.<br /><br />Many before you have been selected using the three LORs—you&#39;ll be fine.
