How competitive is the AGR process? After submitting your package, how long did you have to wait? Did you have to try more than once?

So I'm a TR and I applied for a few AF AGR listings about two weeks ago, which I know is not that long ago, I'm just super hopeful and excited about it. I don't really have that strong or competitive of a package, so I'm trying not to let my hopes get too high but I still tried! Anyway, for those who have experience with AGR, how competitive is it? How long did you have to wait before hearing back after your package was accepted? Did you have to try more than once? Any information about the program or process would be appreciated really. Thank you all!

I hope that what ever you applied for, you read the job posting and tailored your application to the job posting. Look at the KSA's and answer to all of them. Example, Must be able to underwater basket weave. On your application you should have, "I have five years experience in underwater basket weaving." You got this! Good luck to you and be patient.
