Presidential debates have been a farce for a number of cycles now. The Commission on Presidential debates, the candidates staff's and rules for the debates plus poor moderators have turned them into indiscernible messes. They need to look at format and moderators. There needs to be more flexibility in the debate.

Wallace's questions were way to long and some sounded like a speech leading to a possible question. I found myself asking if there was going to be a question anywhere in our near future. Short, precise questions with good follow ups is better than long rambling, loaded questions. For a media guy he seems clueless as to how to ask good pointed questions and follow ups.

the one thing that stands out to me is when Biden said he doesn't support the Green New Deal. and I'm sitting there thinking, "didn't your running mate co-sponsor/author that deal?"

This debate did more harm than good. I don't know of anyone that hasn't made up their mind on who they were voting for, and both candidates were just terrible, so I don't know how this would have changed anyone's mind.

Didn't change my mind. Felt sorry for Chris Wallace trying to enforce agreed upon rules. The President was his usual bombastic and rude self. Mr. Biden responded in kind, realize he felt pressure to do so, but wish we could have more policy talk than trash talk. I felt Biden did try to talk policy, but was often overwhelmed. Trump claimed success with everything and moved on. I think Trump needs to release his medical plan. He has been promising for 4 years now to do so. An executive order that says we protect "pre-existing conditions" has no force. Legislation is required. What is his plan?

This election is about as goat fortification as it can get. Shy of Lincoln getting elected which led to the Civil War. Of the two major parties I see no clear choice, which is why I am looking at a third party option. I see two Grumpy old men who want to screw the other side.

NOTHING from now until Election day could make me vote for the Democratic Ticket. No revelation about Trump could cause me to turn from my Convictions that Socialism is WRONG and EVIL. i HAVE LIVED MY LIFE FIGHTING against ALL THAT Communism stands for. Bidden is SENILE. He is only an in ticket to get a President Kamila Harris. I watched Joe Bidden since he tried to RAPE Clarence Thomas during the confirmation hearings. I watched the entire hearing process and Joe Bidden at that time was EXACTLY like Trump was last night. He interrupted Justice Thomas and made accusations that were unfounded. Until Bidden got OLD he was the Bully on Stage. Go back and watch his performance while He was a Senator or as the VP when he was asked something he disagreed with.
President Trump did it on purpose to fluster the old man, and it worked.

The debate was an exercise in jackassery, as most of us would have predicted.
Chris Wallace was overwhelmed. Biden was lost in the sauce. Trump was an arrogant asshole.
Do I need another debate? No.
Trump is the lesser of 2 evils. If he could learn to shut the hell up it would certainly help, but we all know better.
I just hope the election isn't the catalyst for a civil war.

Pres Trump has the same personality now as when he first ran. The American people chose him for President then. He tells the truth when he says that he’s accomplished more in the last 40+months than Biden did in 40+years and kept many of his promises ( would’ve been more if not for CONTINUAL resistance from Left). If the President was on the attack with Biden during debate, so what? It was a Debate, not a coffee klatch. We saw Wallace trying to run defense for Slow Joe, and Trump was quick on his feet. This was a national platform for a lot of Americans, not just his followers, to hear the President, so he addressed issues covered up by Left stream media.

With Donald Trump, we know what we’re getting; Biden clearly couldn’t run the country, so who really would work the controls for him behind the scenes? That’s the big question.

Besides, from all the things he said on the news anyone with enough sense will be embarrassed having your leader make an ass out of himself and the nation, like King George the 3rd. He accused Joe Biden abandoned our troops. He just threw away our troops' effort for nothing. And don't let me get starting on business and taxes. Do you know how much the riches and the corporation save when he got rid of step taxes? And some companies use that money to shut down the factory and move oversea instead. Look up car factory shutdown, I don't remember which company that is.

Imo you could tell that Wallace was very anti POTUS. He would allow Biden on numerous occassions go over his time limit he was given. I know as I timed their speaking and responce time. Both Wallace and Biden were very condensending to PTrump in their interuptions and comments to the President. In the third debate they cut off PTrump's microphone in mid sentence while he still had time left. They did not do this to Biden. Also Biden kept blamming POTUS for actiins that were done by Obama and him during the eight years they were the heads of this country. Biden also contradicted himself on sevefal issues, where he stated one thing during the democratic debates, then said the complete opposite in the presidential debate against Trump.
