How did the virus miss 10 little countries (google search) and not decimate at least 1 undeveloped country?

Google Search brings up countries without 1 case of the virus?! The virus and all variations of tit, seems to obey borders.
Maybe it was a presumption. But one would think that there would be some underdeveloped Nations nearly completely wiped out by the virus, because they did not social distance or wear masks enough.
I would think this would be a good presumption.
The United States is on the cutting edge of masks etc. and without the masks and social distance, one is to imagine it would of decimated cities and states.
I am trying to use common sense how viruses work across borders

Some very remote places have alot of radius between cities and tend to have small populations. If no one travels to such locations or leave from the locations to viral Hotspot they can go without cases due to no contact. Such places tend to be guarded.
