It got to the point where no one wanted to associate themselves with this individual due to the negative influence and attitude. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It depends really. If their concerns are legitimate, then addressing those should fix it. If they are just complaining just to complain, well, I am sure you can find something creative for them to do elsewhere lol.

Also, when possible put them in positions or give them taskings on the subjects they complain about. This will give them ownership in fixing their gripes. If they do nothing some counseling is in order and a poor NCOER or OER should be a wake up call.
