How difficult is it to get a conditional release to transfer branches?

This may be a broad question. I recently came to the Navy Reserves about a year ago after spending close to eight years in the Army Guard. I know it seems that I am all over the place, but the opportunities that I were told were in the Navy Reserves just are not there. Air Guard/ Air Reserves have more education incentive and I would like to continue my education. I just completed my Bachelor's and I am looking to transfer into the officer side of things. I just have no clue how to go about doing all of this or if that is even an option.

It is an option, but it will probably take a while. The sooner you start the process the better.
When I was leaving the Guard I had an NCO who got his Conditional Release to get commissioned in the Navy Reserve and I got mine to go to the Army Reserve.

Talk to your command career counselor and see if they can give you direction. What area are you in as well? I may be able to assist you.
