Hello everyone, I was in the process of passing through a medical waiver through the LA meps and i know its the toughest meps in this country. I was wondering how difficult does it to transfer from the Meps from los angeles to lets say the one they recently built in riverside?

If you are trying to get around the system, then stop. If you have a condition that warrants a waiver at 1 MEPS and the likelihood of approval is low, then another MEPS is likely going to say the same thing. Don’t try to play the system, you won’t win

yea for me my package keeps getting pushed back so many times ive been trying to get in for at least 3 years first with the marines now the army and my recruiter is just really frustrated that it keeps getting it pushed back, so last wednsday he went up to the la meps and numbered it correctly and put it in the correct order. Thank you for your opinion SSG.

Tristan Chavez - the waiver authority isn't likely in the building and they'll go to the same place to be actioned.

SSG (Join to see) - That is not necessarily true. I agree with you that gaming the system is rarely a good thing with a good outcome. With that said I have witnessed several people going to surround MEPs stations in their areas to side step an overzealous Doctor. But in this situation I doubt it would work. If they have been officially pushed back 3 times going to another MEPs isn't going to do anything but waste time.

MEPS systems are intermingled. Changing locations will not ease the process

If it was as simple as just going to a different MEPS your recruiters boss would have already told them to do that
