Not a Master's.

What about your resume do you think is holding you back from OCS? If you already have a BA, that's the way to go. That means you would leave the Active Duty Army, join Cadet Command, go to college and attend an ROTC program while working on your Masters degree.

Just finish your degree and apply to the entry OCS program. If you get denied, enlist and apply to OCS a few years later. If you get denied, apply for the non scholarship Green to Gold after that. They have a pretty high selection rate since you're paying for your own degree. I know a few people who did that. I will use assumptions because I don't know the facts. The Department of Army OCS board will probably look at your PT score, your letters of recommendation, your essay on why you want to become an army officer, and your GPA. If the slots for OCS is greater than the number of applicants, I don't see why not you will be picked. If the number of applicants is greater than the number of slots, the Department of Army board will use the data points as a screening criteria.
