I'm not sure if you can get into normal recruiting. You would still be paired up with a Chaplin, and out looking to recruit new chaplins, while also performing normal duties. Right now it is very easy to get into the recruiting world, just fill out that packet and wait for USAREC. There is no youtube on how to be a recruiter, you just have to do what works for you, and do what is right at all times even when the recruiting mission calls for more applicants. Do not compromise your integrity and position for no one. Trust me that will save your career.
