<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It should be in your original contract of enlistment. Find that paperwork and you should be able to give all the proof that you need. If you do not still have your hard copy of this paperwork on hand, go to your online OMPF and it should be there.SGT Joseph GundersonWed, 28 Feb 2018 11:11:30 -05002018-02-28T11:11:30-05:00Response by SGM Bill Frazer made Feb 28 at 2018 8:30 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Pay Entry Basic Date (PEBD) to compute your total service for pay purposes. Use the Basic Active Service Date (BASD) as the date from which to project your years of Active Service (AS). Delayed Entry Date (DEP) sometimes (early 1970s). But it was never used for retirement calculations , but was actually (sometimes) used for in-grade requirements IF you were taking a skills course which granted entry at a higher beginning pay grade (such as SP6-Specialist 6). This was what I saw for a Physicians Assistant and another soldier, an Army Chaplain who was finishing a master's at a seminary university - he made Major.SFC Ralph E KelleyWed, 28 Feb 2018 20:59:58 -05002018-02-28T20:59:58-05:002018-02-28T06:09:37-05:00
