How do i check status of Joint Domicile paperwork while in AIT?

I've been going through a process with my 1SGT in my company, the first time i submitted my paperwork it got lost so i am trying to avoid this happening again. Is there any way i could personally check it myself?

Email and a hard copy - and have whoever you give it to sign a DA 200 which is a Transmittal record.
