WO1(P) Private RallyPoint Member 4365494 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was stationed at Katterbach in Germany for a total of 9 months before I PCSd to Fort Rucker for WOCS. The tour was supposed to be 2 years but since I came down on orders to Rucker, my DEROS was adjusted. I’ve read AR 614-30 and the tables don’t seem to cover my situation. Any insight? How do I determine if I have met the requirements for an Overseas Service Ribbon? 2019-02-13T15:41:45-05:00 WO1(P) Private RallyPoint Member 4365494 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was stationed at Katterbach in Germany for a total of 9 months before I PCSd to Fort Rucker for WOCS. I ask because in AR 614-30 Table 3-1, Rule # 33: Applies for officer candidate school or warrant officer appointment before being alerted for overseas duty then you are ineligible. Really it should have been done by your unit when you left. Most times they have the authority to give the award if you dont do the full tour due to something like a PCS for OCS/WOCS.
