SSG Private RallyPoint Member 3590847 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>On February 9, 2010 I reported to Germany. A year later, 2011, I deployed to Afghanistan. After a 12 month deployment I returned to Germany, 2012, until PCSing on June 2, 2012. So, my total time in Germany would equal 16 months and my total time in Afghanistan is 12 months. Does this mean that I would qualify for 2 OSRs or just 1. Got into a debate with a couple S1 clerks while I was cleaning up my ERB about whether or not I should have a second OSR. Anybody have an answer to a question that I&#39;m sure has been asked more than too many times on here? How do I determine if I qualify for a second Overseas Service Ribbon? 2018-05-01T06:55:36-04:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 3590847 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>On February 9, 2010 I reported to Germany.
