I was trying to ask about the MEB and not only that but I was also looking for a proper diagnosis to my knee and my back but the only response that I received from the ortho specialist was you want to pursue MEB and I said yes. Nothing else after that was said. I thought it was the job of the ortho to give a reason for the MEB like this soldier has a degenerative knee along with herniated discs in his lower back I got nothing like that. I had to go to patient advocate to find out through senior staff the actual diagnosis was.
