How do I find someone's unit?

I have a Marine ex boyfriend who has been harrassing and stalking me. Right now I am currently in AIT in virginia. But i'll be coming back home in december. I have a marine ex boyfriend who has been harrassing me and it is really scaring me and making me extremely uncomfortable. I am trying to find his unit so i can speak to his chain of comman about him. I have called the cops on him before but he drove away before they even got to my house. Because he was waiting outside my place the whole time and it's scary. He is texting me from different generated phome number. I have changed my phone number before. But he found out. He has texted me in over 100 different numbers. He has been doing this for over 5 months. I an extremely creeped out. Idk how to get away from him or what to do as of right now. I'm really grossed out on how he talks to me. I am in another relationship. I'm about to be engaged and he is VERY creepy. There is more text messeges but these are barely even half of it. It goes up to all the way up to November 2019. Our relationship was very toxic and mentally and emotionally abusive. He manipulated me and gaslighted me and made me feel less. He almost got me to committing suicide on multiple occasions. He drives me completely insane. I dont want anything to do with him and i have told him every possible thing so he can leave me alone. I feel like im in hell. I got ptsd from this relationship. That when i see him, or hear him, or he attempts to talk to me, i immedietly want to jump off a cliff or just rip my hair out. He does this thing inside of me. I cant explain it but the feeling sucks. I have been getting better. I've been healing and my friends have been helping me heal. There were nights where he held me hostage and would not let me go home and i'd have to physically fight him to stop touching me and to let me go

Use your chain of command and let them do it for you. Get everything you have together and present it and ask for their help in stopping him. They can find out who he "belongs to" and it will be stronger coming from higher up

Be irritatingly proactive. Contact local and military law enforcement. Get an order of protection. Talk to Army CID. If the guy is an active duty Marine then call law enforcement at the nearest Marine or Navy installation. Take appropriate actions for personal protection. If you live off post, secure your home as well as possible. Buy and carry a gun according to local laws.

Tell everyone who will listen about this guy. Solicit help. Spread the word that he’s a dirtbag. He’s thriving off your fear. Don’t feed him.

I say start at the top and work your way down. Call the MPs of the base he's at and report him, call the base commander and file a complaint. They can figure out where he works at.

Contact the SARC or SHARP person at your location. I used to work in that lane, I can't see a commander in the Army that won't act yesterday to end this. ZERO tolerance means ZERO!!!! If the SARC/SHARP folks are 1 step to far, they will walk with you to the exactly right person to end this forever. The few times I have had to assist on topics like yours over my 30 year career, every commander ended it in less then 24 hours and follow up with the soldier confirmed it never happened to them again.

In order to obtain an Order of Protection (he is your ex-boyfriend therefore this is considered domestic violence and rises to an Order of Protection) from your civilian court, contact the court immediately. They can instruct you on how to fill out their forms, submit them to a judge and obtain an immediate Order of Protection. Since we are in the COVID restrictions, each court is taking these cases differently. Some will require that you come to the courthouse, some will do everything electronically and telephonically. Make sure you print out all of these text exchanges, including anything you texted back to him, and attach them to your petition for the Order of Protection. Include as many possible details from the past (with exact dates or close to exact dates, details of abuse which includes emotional/physical abuse). You need to inform the court during your testimony that you are afraid of him, that he has threatened harm to you and you need the protective order. If there has been threats involving a weapon, inform the court of that as well and they will issue a Brady indicator. Once you have the Order of Protection you can take it to any military base and have it entered into their system. You will need to take a copy to your chain of command. They can then take it from there.
Stay safe! And do not give him your power!! There is no reason for you to think that you are less than/worse than/not good enough/better off dead, etc. He took your power from you before. You now need to take it back and never give it to him again. RESPECT!: Write that on your bathroom mirror in your favorite red lipstick so that you see it every morning. That is what you deserve and let no one take that away from you. Best of luck to you!!

Work directly with your chain of command and request a military protective order. Provide the Marines contact information and they will take care of it. Ever since DOD consolidated Outlook it is extremely easy to track people and commands down.

Did you tell your DSs? I'd start there and they can help you. Also if you go back home, call the police and file a harassment report. Then go get a protection order. Granted they are just paper but it's something so if he does come near you, you can call the police. Some people do actually abide by them. I got one on an ex and he never talked to me at all while I had it. Granted crazy people won't but it might scare him to stop.

Just keep blocking every number he messages you from. If it's too much, I'd say get a new number and don't let anyone who also associates with him know it.
