How do I get my PCS orders published?

[ UPDATE GOT MY ORDERS] So i have been waiting on my orders, even messaged s1 pertaining on my orders. No answer, i just got back from school so, im on top of them but when i was in school they literally ignored my 1st line and me. Now im all over them. But now they said the system was down and they could not get in it. My report Date is April 10. It is very close but it is just me moving so im not worried. But im getting very very pissed off. I got HRC email before block leave so i could not find out how too, but when i got back i gave s1 a paper with my email and number the whole thing this is what it said: SGT HERNANDEZ, LUIS ANTONIO This notification is to inform you that an order (PCS, amendment, rescission, revocation, or family travel) has been published for you. Please take this notification to your S-1 for a copy of your published order. If your PCS orders needs to be amended. Please take all supporting documents to your S-1 for submission to this office. Documentation may be returned to this office through electronic means; however, WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT DOCUMENTATION FROM AUTHORIZED S-1 REPRESENTATIVES LISTED ON THE PUBLISHED ACCESS ROSTERS. If documents being e-mailed contain personally identifiable information (PII), the e-mail must be encrypted. Any e-mails not encrypted will be deleted without action. Failure to submit supporting documentation will result in delays in the reassignment process and publication of PCS amendment orders. To ensure timely processing of actions, be sure to elevate all issues, concerns, or inquiries pertaining to the reassignment process to your S-1 representative as soon as you become aware of any problem or action that may prohibit relocation IAW the timeline established by your branch at HRC. *** PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL!! I went to school and my SFC emailed their captain and everything...didnt hear nothing. I messaged them on the phone and never heard back. They are in NTC now except for the skeleton crew that stayed back. I tried getting my orders but the system was down or slow and it was extremely busy with inprocessing soldiers. Even my orderly room messaged the OIC for s1 but never heard anything. The only soldier that is in s1 is busy and we have network issues. Can anyone else look into my orders besides my s1!?? like Brigade s1? cause if he cant do it this time im going to brigade s1. My Unit really tried but every attempt they did just stopped at s1. We will see next week if anything gets done?

I would likely see my First Sergeant and then walk my way over to S-1. It is easy to blow off a message, but so easy to blow off a Soldier 3 feet from you

Have you filled out your levy packet and turned it in? You can't get your orders until you turn in your levy packet. HRC doesn't publish your orders, they just place you on assignment. Your MPD publishes your orders

Finally Got My orders! it was in S1 hands! all they needed to do is input my social security number and it would have appeared 2 months ago. As to why they didnt do it when i was in school it is beyond me. My SFC and Orderly room was was trying to get their CPT. and them to print them out to me or send them to me Military email while i was in school. It never happened. They went to NTC now and i was stuck in this predicament. Now i went by myself and literally pushed them that day, it happened that the only rep for my batt. did not have any access to the network, i waited literally days! And a civilian that was supposed to give him access did not, plus they where having Network issues not only that but their Network settings where all jacked up that not even this MSG had access to it wasted allot of time but i got it. A SFC went there and fixed their settings, only the MSG was able to get it. I went back up gave her my full SSN and got them printed out! If only they would of got my orders and email them to me while i was in school!
