I completed mine without a VSO, not that makes it right or me a superstar, but if you follow the online application, it will work. Let me know if you need a little help. Response by CW5 Sam R. That was the most helpful item I had when I applied through my Veteran's Service Office. Look for a VSO in your area to help with the paperwork or DAV, MAC-V. They have people who file disability claims on the daily. They got me to 90%. Even though I supposedly receive a disability pay every month, it is not real because they just subtract it from my DOD military retirement. True, I get unlimited care DVA hospitals but I already have Medicare Tricare. I don't understand how they subt6 my so called monthly payments from retirement pay. They should be mutually exclusive. Response by MAJ Dennis Foote made Feb 22 at 2025 10:07 PM 2025-02-22T22:07:16-05:00 2025-02-22T22:07:16-05:00 2024-12-26T18:28:51-05:00
