That was the most helpful item I had when I applied through my Veteran's Service Office. Look for a VSO in your area to help with the paperwork or DAV, MAC-V. They have people who file disability claims on the daily. Even though I supposedly receive a disability pay every month, it is not real because they just subtract it from my DOD military retirement. True, I get unlimited care DVA hospitals but I already have Medicare Tricare. I don't understand how they subt6 my so called monthly payments from retirement pay.
