How do I go about getting a medical physical to switch branches from Army Reserves to active duty Air Force?

I am USAR looking to go AD AF. My recruiter is saying I have 3 options to complete the required physical portion.
1. Wait to go to MEPS
2. Have AF Form 422 completed by military doc
3. Have AR Form 3349 completed by military doc
I am looking at options 2 or 3 as they will seemingly cause less delay. However, my dilemma can someone tell me if I can actually go to a MTF to get either one of those forms filled out as a reservists?
