How do I handle my NCOER after going from TPU to mobilizing and subsequently transferring to another unit? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-do-i-handle-my-ncoer-after-going-from-tpu-to-mobilizing-and-subsequently-transferring-to-another-unit <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have seen many different answers to this so I am not sure which is the correct one. I completed my NCOER with my unit November 4th 2018 (I’m TPU at this point). I volunteered to mobilize with another unit and was transferred to them approximately 24 days later in December. I did not do a change of Rater from my last unit since I did not even have a drill with them and from my understanding that time is not enough to do the Change of Rater. Would an extended annual be my best route now? Also right after I do this NCOER with the Mob unit I will return to my original unit. So should I just make this NCOER coming up a Change of Rater since I know I will transfer immediately after being released from AD. Any assistance would be great because I’ve been researching this for a while and I have been told many different routes to take. You could also do a regular Annual with a Memo of Input. But, an extended annual would be your best bet. And yes, you will need a Change of Rater when you are done with MOB if you transfer back before 12 months is up.
