If you were approved for a Clearance and it was revoked, you would have been notified. You will always have an opportunity to explain your answers during an interview. Answer all questions truthfully. If you've been read out of access, then your clearance is still valid, just inactive.

Special Security Background Investigations (SSBI) are only good for five years. If it's been longer than that since your last update, most likely your clearance has been invalidated. Easy enough to re-accomplish but your new employer will be responsible for the cost of the SSBI update. You could always contact a colleague with JPAS access and have them look you up. Takes about 30 seconds.
