Sgt Stephen Murphy 4323864 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Any ideas how to actually get someone at the VA Hospital to actually respond when you have an issue? I reordered a prescription that is rather vital well over a month ago and never received it . I have called multiple times over the last three weeks and spoken to the pharmacy. Each time I am told that it was mailed and given the date of my last call. It seems pretty obvious that is not getting mailed and they are just reentering it in the system. here only suggestion is to come down and get a partial refill to cover me until it arrives in the mail. Unfortunately, I won&#39;t bee able to get there for several days. I have even attempted to call patient advocacy to try and get help. Unfortunately patient advocacy does not answer their phone and has not returned any of the messages I have left. How do I light a fire under someone at the VA Hospital? 2019-01-28T14:12:06-05:00 Sgt Stephen Murphy 4323864 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Any ideas how to actually get someone at the VA Hospital to actually respond when you have an issue? Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I made a trip to the VAMC today and explained my issues with the pharmacy to the people working the desk in the mental health clinic. They informed me that they had a dedicated pharmacist and showed me how to get there. She was able to get me tracking info for my prescription and pit in an additional one to pick up so I would be covered until that arrived. Also thanks to Michael Compeau who sent an email to the director and I got my first ever call back from patient advocacy. I don&#39;t believe that is a coincidence.
